Returns:
While we accept returns for most items, please note that custom products are exempt from our return policy. We are unable to accept returns on customized items due to their personalized nature.
For eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, if an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value. We kindly ask that you carefully package the item and ensure its safe return.
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Please note that the refund will be issued within 14 working days after we confirm the eligibility of the return.
Cancellations:
